What is OUTLETBOXX.COM?

OUTLETBOXX.COM is a clothing wholesale company which supplies shops, boutiques, online shops and people selling clothes on online platforms like eBay, Amazon or Allegro.

We offer ready-made parcels - so-called boxxes with items from a selected category - women's clothing, men's clothing, kids' clothing, shoes, and so on. Those are outlet items from well-known brands, such as River Island, TopShop, Little Mistress, Boohoo, Mango, UGG, Lacoste, Superdry, Barbour, Levi’s, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger and many more.

Our boxxes are priced based on their content (number of items inside). Catalogue value of your order and your boxx price will be shown in product sheet. List of items included in your boxx can be found in "See Boxx" details window.

You pick your boxxes, and thanks to convenient online shopping - you're saving time and money!

Are your boxxes available right away?

Yes. We add new boxxes with unique sets of hand-picked items from well-known brands every day.

Do you ship to other countries than Poland?

Yes, we can ship to any country. Your parcel will be handled by DPD. Shipment in Poland is free, to other countries it's priced as in the shipment price list.

Where can I see what's in my boxx and how much it costs?

Content of your boxx can be checked in "See Boxx”. Product sheet includes detailed information about number of items in your boxx, their catalogue value, net price of your boxx and some photos of the items in the boxx collection.

Is the clothing offered by Outletboxx new?

Yes, all boxxes contain original clothing – all items are new and have tags.

What methods of payment do you take?

We accept credit cards or instant payment methods handled by PayU, BLIK/instant transfers and traditional bank transfers.

Do I need login and password to shop at your site?

You can order from OUTLETBOXX.COM as a guest - without any need to register.

But remember that our newsletter subscribers and registered customers, receive special offers you won't see in the website. Those are extra offers – available to our registered Customers only.

Where can I find order documents?

We support environment protection and implement green solutions. That is why, to protect Earth, we no longer provide paper invoices.

An electronic invoice will be attached to the e-mail with confirmation of your shipment.

Can I return my order?

You can withdraw from our agreement within 14 days from receiving your parcel. We require return of the whole parcel – boxx. Single items of clothing cannot be returned. The returned items cannot be worn/used.

If you want to return your boxx, please send the items in original packaging to the address below, and attach return form, which you can download here.

With ref. „OUTLETBOXX.COM - return”. Costs of return shipment is paid by the Customer.

Your payment will be refunded in accordance with the method you chose during your order. If you want to receive your refund to your bank account, please provide us with the account number.
