Is it possible to return the order?

You should immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of your withdrawal from the contract, return the product using the contact details provided, for example, in the received confirmation of concluding the Sales Agreement. All (BOXX) packaging must be returned. We do not accept returns of single items. Returned products cannot be worn/used.

What is the deadline for returning the product?

The consumer is obliged to return the product to the service provider immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of his/her withdrawal from the contract. To meet the deadline just return the Product prior to its expiration.

How do I make a return?

If you want to return the boxx, please send the products back in their original packaging to the address below and include the return form, which you can download, at the bottom of the home page, in the "RETURNS" tab.

Who bears the costs of shipping and return?

The cost of returning the products is covered by the Customer. The payment will be refunded in accordance with the selected payment method in the order. If you want to receive a refund to your bank account, please provide the account number to which we will make the transfer.

When will I get my refund?

The refund should be returned to your account within 14 business days and we will send you an email letting you know it is on its way. If you have not received your refund and 14 business days have passed since we received our email you will need to contact our customer service team via email.

I want to exchange the product for another. Is it possible?

It is not possible to exchange the product for another. When returning the order (or part of it), you will receive a refund.

Where can I file a complaint related to the operation of the website and electronic services?

The consumer may submit it, for example, by e-mail - email address: [email protected]

What should be provided in the description of the complaint?

In the description of the complaint i is recommended to include:

- information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint (in particular, the type and date of occurrence of irregularities)

- the number and date of placing the order and the date of its delivery

- description of comments on the part of the Consumer regarding the defectiveness of the product

- contact details of the person submitting the complaint

 

This will facilitate and speed up the handling of the complaint by us. The above-mentioned requirements are only recommendations and do not affect the effectiveness of complaints submitted without the recommended description of the complaint.

When will the complaint be resolved?

We will respond to the complaint immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission.
