Our boxxes have different prices depending on their content (number of pieces). You can find out about the catalog value of products from the order and the price of the boxx in the product sheet. You can check the list of products in the selected boxx by clicking on the "CHECK" details.

You can check the contents of the boxx by clicking on the button "CHECK". The product sheet contains detailed information about the number of items in the boxx, the catalog value and the net price of the boxx, as well as selected photos of clothing from the current boxx collection.

How do I know what sizes are in the boxxes?

Unfortunately, we do not have specifications for each boxx and what exactly and in what size will be in a given boxx. The range of sizes that can fit in a boxx can be found in the product sheet.

Is all clothing brand new and with complete tags?

Yes, all BOXXes contain original clothes. Products may not have tags, this is indicated in the product sheet.

Can I choose the sizes of the clothing I want to order?

No, we only sell size sets.

When are new products added to the website?

Many new products are added regularly. Be sure to visit our site as often as possible to ensure you don't miss any opportunities. If you want to be sure you won't miss any offers, register to stay informed.

Are your products available on an ongoing basis?

Absolutely. All our brands are dynamically developing and every season we increase the number of styles and quantities offered for each type of BOXX. Can I place an order by phone?

All orders are placed only through the website of our warehouse.

What is the minimum or maximum order?

The minimum order is one boxx. There is no limit to the amount of the order.

What is the time to process the order?

Orders finalized by 2:00 p.m. we ship the same business day. The suggested delivery time is in the "DELIVERY" tab, located in the footer at the bottom of the page. The delivery time varies, counted from the day the package is picked up by the courier. It may be extended by the carrier for reasons beyond our control.

Where can I find the sales document for the order?

We support environment protection and implement pro-ecological solutions. Therefore, for the sake of our Earth, we resigned from attaching paper invoices. You will find the electronic invoice in the attachment to the e-mail confirming the shipment of the order. Please check the Spam, Offers or other folders in your e-mail.

What if the invoice details do not match?

Is it possible to deliver outside the Republic of Poland?

Can I use the pick-up option?

It is possible to pick it up in person, with prior ordering through the website and making an appointment for a specific pickup date. Pickup in person is only possible for companies and for the orders paid through the website. It is not possible to pay in cash upon personal collection.

Are there any shortages in a delivery?

Each order is quality-controlled by our warehouse staff to make sure that there are no missing items. In the rare case of an item (one or more) missing in your order, please contact us immediately in writing.

What forms of payment do we accept?

We accept payment by credit cards or fast transfers supported by the operator PayU, BLIK/instant transfers and traditional bank transfers. We also accept cash payment on delivery.

What is the bank account I can transfer the payment to for the order?

I have a problem with the payment for the order, what should I do in this situation?

If you have not reached the last step of the order with the order confirmation, it means that your payment has failed (no funds have been debited from your account) or for some reason, you have not been able to complete your purchase. I have paid for my order online, the funds have been withdrawn, but the order is marked as unpaid. What should I do?

Send a message to the email address: [email protected] with the attached payment confirmation, order number and information about incorrect payment status. The confirmation sent will be forwarded to the Finance department or the payment operator for verification. We will try to explain the situation as soon as possible!

Which currencies do you take?

EUR and PLN. You can also make payment using the local currency - it is then converted from euro to the local currency rate of the country to which the shipment was ordered.

Do I have to pay in euro when paying on delivery?

Cash on delivery is made in the local currency and converted from the euro amount according to the exchange rate at the time of shipping the order.

Is it possible to return the order?

You should immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of your withdrawal from the contract, return the product using the contact details provided, for example, in the received confirmation of concluding the Sales Agreement. All (BOXX) packaging must be returned. We do not accept returns of single items. Returned products cannot be worn/used.

What is the deadline for returning the product?

The consumer is obliged to return the product to the service provider immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of his/her withdrawal from the contract. To meet the deadline just return the Product prior to its expiration.

How do I make a return?

If you want to return the boxx, please send the products back in their original packaging to the address below and include the return form, which you can download, at the bottom of the home page, in the "RETURNS" tab.

Who bears the costs of shipping and return?

The cost of returning the products is covered by the Customer. The payment will be refunded in accordance with the selected payment method in the order. If you want to receive a refund to your bank account, please provide the account number to which we will make the transfer.

When will I get my refund?

The refund should be returned to your account within 14 business days and we will send you an email letting you know it is on its way. If you have not received your refund and 14 business days have passed since we received our email you will need to contact our customer service team via email.

It is not possible to exchange the product for another. When returning the order (or part of it), you will receive a refund.
