What types of shipments do we complete?

We provide the consumer with the following methods of delivery or collection of the product:

- courier parcel

- cash on deliver courier parcel

We use the most popular carriers that we can trust by handing over the purchased products.

Where do we deliver our products?

We deliver in the territory of Poland and the EU.

Is it possible to deliver outside the Republic of Poland?

Yes, we send orders to any indicated country via a courier company. However, the price of shipping to other countries is in line with the delivery price list.

Where can I find delivery information by location?

Information on this subject can be found at the bottom of the page in the "CUSTOMER SERVICE" section in the "DELIVERY" tab. There is a list of countries to which we deliver and the estimated time of waiting for the shipment.

Can I use the pick-up option?

It is possible to pick it up in person, with prior ordering through the website and making an appointment for a specific pickup date. Pickup in person is only possible for companies and for the orders paid through the website. It is not possible to pay in cash upon personal collection.

Are there any shortages in a delivery?

Each order is quality-controlled by our warehouse staff to make sure that there are no missing items. In the rare case of an item (one or more) missing in your order, please contact us immediately in writing.
